With the new year in full swing, you’re probably thinking, or have already thought of, a resolution or two that you want to implement in order to achieve a higher quality of life. However, have you considered that your resolutions might be a lot bigger than what is realistic? Suppose you want to lose weight or go back to school. While these goals are realistic, you may have set yourself too high. Perhaps you want to lose 100 pounds or start out taking 15 credits while still working a full-time job. While it’s always best to have goals to give yourself an extra push, you may want to re-examine what you have set out to accomplish for yourself.
