For most people, naps are a good thing. A brief period of shut eye that lasts for less than an hour can actually help you make it through your day and sleep better at night. A nap can also perk you up in the afternoon, improving your functionality for the rest of the day. And unlike a cup of coffee, you won’t be too caffeinated to sleep at night, and a nap doesn’t cost you a dime. Overall, naps are a pretty good deal.
